niklausreid @kinacox hi, i’m a little confused. You return the item without going through the poshmark return process. You gave me a bad rating so what’s the problem with the bag? It’s brand new with tags and there’s nothing wrong with it. Is it that you didn’t like it that’s why you returned it? I just don’t know how to go from here since you completed the transaction already.

kinacox @niklausreid I travel a lot and it will not be good for the trips because I need something more resistance. I went trough the process at posh mark. I sent the return slip, Sorry but I prefer leather because it’s more resistance. I use backpacks a lot when I travel because you know in Europe I can’t take the chance to be robe ( we have plenty of pickpockets) .

niklausreid @kinacox Im sorry that you didn’t like your purchase. But every details are listed in the description box including the material and dimensions. It also include model photo so you can see how big it is. You should have check those before purchasing instead of giving someone a bad rating.
