msvcloset Hi Geraldine, there was a delivery attempt at the address you provided on November 1, 2020. It states on tracking that no access available. I’m not sure what that means, but you can look at the tracking history for the item too. I’m not sure how many delivery attempts will be made.

queengeri @msvcloset Hi ! I am not sure what that means either, I live in a house, and this has never happened before. They could have left the package by my garage door or front door. I was home all day yesterday as well so if you required a signature I was here to sign for it. I have a ring doorbell and I never say anyone attempting to deliver anything. I suspect the post man lied and said they attempted delivery but did not. I will keep an eye on the tracking.
