bienger96 @purse_lover2017 I'm sorry too...I'm new @ Poshmark & this is my 2nd purchase. I assumed the color of the purse is black & I don't know why I didn't ask...I didn't know what to do I don't want to leave a negative impact with the sellers you know what I mean? bienger96 @purse_lover2017 I received an email instructing me to wait until the review is done. If they find the case reasonable they will provide a shipping label & when you receive the purse back that's when they release the full refund. They said if I'll just return it without their advise there's no guarantee for the refund. Thank you for the follow through. Have a good evening.
