debbierockwell I am sorry the dress seems large to you for a petite, and I hope you can make it work. As for the "mildew" smell, I think that must have happened in transit because the dress was meticulously stored after it was cleaned. I think something happens in transit. It always washes out for garments.I hate it wasn't perfect for you, but that the smell wasn't there when mailed.Anyway, hate you didn't reach out prior to your review or before accepting the item.

cboyanowski Good Morning. I see you just bought the LL Bean Capris. My hubby was looking at the listing and it says NWT Geri C New York Linen Pants. These aren’t NWT and are the LLBean denim capris as the heading shows. The rest of the description is correct. Not sure if it was an auto correct issue when I did the listing but I never noticed before until my hubby pointed it out to me. I just want to make sure you know they aren’t NWT.
