gsult84 @soriag Hi! Thank you for the kind message. I do actually have a question/problem. I had sold a shirt I didn't realize had a burn hole in it, I am not a smoker..but my sister is so I am guessing it happened when she borrowed it. That's beside the point...lol!

gsult84 @soriag Either way, someone purchased it and I seen the hole right before packing it up. I sent a message to the buyer on her pic, just like this.. I told her about the hole and offered to cancel the order. She hasn't got back to me yet. I'm a little freaked out because I don't want to sell something damaged..what should I do?

soriag @gsult84 has happened to me and my advice is to cancel the order or you will get an NAD (Not As Described) hit and that is not good. If she replies and wants the item, you can always resist it.
