alwayslookgood Hi there, I sent you the wrong lip pencil and I am so sorry. I am a little confused by PM communication and just want to be sure I am doing the right thing. I think PM will send you a new label to return the lip gloss and the Bobbi Brown pencil back to me. When I receive those 2 items, you may repurchase the lip gloss and the Clinique soft plum pencil. Is that correct? I haven’t gotten a return label so that is the only way I think it could work. I to make this right, and again I apologize .

breananycole I hope your happy you got to keep a package that you knew wasn’t yours and it was the wrong thing to do especially when you know it was accidentally sent to you. It was over $100 worth of stuff and I begged you for weeks just to send it back because I’m a new mom and needed clothes to fit me after just having a baby. But karma will get back to you. Let’s hope your kids and grandkids don’t grow up learning from you
