smodette @gigi_di yep! Reformation jeans it is. I don't have your address. I accidentally threw the box out. Do you want to send a blank card ny way so I can send the jeans back? Also, you sent, as a thank you to the buyer, a hair clip and a belt. Would you like me to send them back so you can send it to the actual buyer? I actually don't need them. I'm sure soneone else could use them.

I may need to have you report a problem on your end as a wrong item and open a case with Posh if you would be so kind?! gigi_di @smodette Here's what I received this morning: Since the wrong item has already been shipped to the buyer, please have the buyer file an "Item Not Described" case once the item is delivered so our team so we may better assist the buyer in a proper return case. If your buyer has any questions or concerns, please have them contact our team directly so we may walk them through the return process. Case Ref # is 46489108 Thank you a million times again! ๐Ÿ’–

gigi_di @smodette Hi! Poshmark will have the solution. there definitely won't be any charges to you. Because the shipment is insured, they cover any return/issues. If you can please reach out to them with those notes and case refernece, I would be very grateful ๐Ÿ™ and they should take it from there. My guess is they will send a prepaid label or schedule a postal pickup. Thank you again!

If you can please forward the package to the buyer, I would be very grateful ๐Ÿ™โค. I will explain to the buyer what happened so they understand when they get it. Thank you again for your help!

So, if you can please just forward the package with the label they originally sent you, I will provide the buyer with the info on what happened and I also have that tracking number.
