gianetta2 @wholeheartdwife hello, I checked my address and it’s complete on my account. It’s a PO Box, which may be the issue. I don’t have a physical address.

wholeheartdwife @gianetta2 Hi! Ok, it’s fine to use a PO Box , I have one too actually. It just needs to say PO BOX ## because right now it only showing the number. That should be an easy fix!
