@gcaffaro hi again, I’m sad to report I came across 2 small (pin-sized) holes on the bodysuit (near the shoulder) as I was wrapping it up. At first I thought they were little flecks of fuzz but unfortunately they’re holes. I’m sorry I didn’t notice this earlier! I’m happy to either cancel the sale or reduce the price to $7 (and reimburse you the difference) - whichever you’d prefer.

I just thought of one more option - I can cancel the order. Then re-list the bodysuit to include pictures of the holes. Then you can make an offer on what you’d like to pay. Let me know what would work best for you.

@gcaffaro thank you so much for understanding! I was 99% sure I had issued a partial refund in the past but I could find that option today. (It might’ve been a feature on another platform I sell with.) So, I contacted Poshmark customer support and asked them how to do that. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back.

@gcaffaro Hi, I just got a message back from Poshmark customer service and it turns out that that reimbursement feature was on the other platform, not Poshmark 🤦🏻♀️😕 So they suggested I cancel the sale and then re-list it at the lower price. Is there a time frame you know you can be on Poshmark? I’ll re-list it then so we can make sure you get it. I’ll cancel the sale now so hopefully you’ll get your money back soon after.
