I'm so sorry you had a problem with the straps. I never wore them myself. I bought them years ago for an event but never actually wore them. They sat in my closet forever. What exactly was the malfunction? The latches? The straps themselves? Maybe I can help.

@rubymora thank you for reaching out, it was both straps that were attached to the actual shoe so as I started walking it just popped off and then only a few moments later the other one. I was so excited to wear them and then this happened while I was out :(

@giavannagustino, I just feel so bad. I would never have sent them out had I known. Even for the $4 I got for them. I know how bummed out I would be just putting them on, much less wearing them out and having them fall apart. Please let me know .
