Gigi. I just received a notification stating that your LuLaRoe shirt wasn’t shipped. I checked and it does show I shipped it when I said I would but it hasn’t tracked yet. I reported the problem so please let me know if you don’t receive it. This has never happened before. I am so sorry. I have no idea why this happened! I always hand my packages to the post office clerk.

Gigi I wrote to you under the Mori Lee Gown please see my message if you are not happy with your purchase please contact posh and return the dress I do not want you too be unhappy. This Gown is a Mori Lee Gown and runs $200to $300 hundred dollars it will fit as a designer gown which is true to size. I received no request from you for measurements which is a good idea for you in the future to keep in mind when purchasing as we all run in different shapes. JANIGRL

Also please keep in mind that we as sellers would rather that you contact us and let us know your concern first before giving us a low rating and saying that there’s room for improvement so that we can try to make you happy. If the dress is not a Sz 16 as stated please send posh a picture of the size and request a refund.

@janigrl Poshmark won’t let you return things just because they don’t fit and after I got this in the mail I did see other posts for this brand and they did mention that the dress does run 1-2 sizes smaller which you could have mentioned in your details. Yes I should have double checked the measurements. I know to do so next time. Thanks anyways

@janigrl out of town for a wedding so I won’t be back in time to get the dress back even if poshmark does allow a refund. Again you could make sure it fits a true size as the seller. I didn’t think 3 stars was a a low rating I thought that was more than fair given the circumstances. But thank you like I mentioned before I will be more precise and double check sizes/measurements, if they aren’t mentioned in the details. Learning experience for both of us.

I do not feel that it’s my position to state that a particular brand runs small as designer gowns do run true to size and you found that out with your own research. So this is a unfortunate instance. The Gown is Beautiful so I might suggest that if you can’t return it to me that you resale it on PoshMark for more then the $18 I sold it to you for. Con’t
