Here’s my story... I have traveled the world over & have been exposed to many opportunities throughout my life. I have seen the beauty of the people I’ve had the privilege to meet on my journey. After traveling to various parts of the world where people still live as they did since time began I realized my life is fuller as a result of meeting them. vevre @flowerkeeper hi as you are aware I’m new and have a couple questions. Why do I receive msg from other poshers asking me to text them about my closet items? I’ve received quite a few of these.

flowerkeeper @vevre Hello. It is prohibited on poshmark to do off poshmark transactions. Because it gives no protection for either one of you. If they are high dollar items and they are asking you to text you about it, most likely they are trying to scam you. When they ask you to do that it is best to flag their comment.

vevre @flowerkeeper I tell them no. Yesterday I had a lady which wanted a high ticketed item and asked me to fedex it to her overnight I told her she had to go through PM. Now I know what to look for I will shut them down immediately and thank u.

vevre @flowerkeeper they answered it was my error. Thanks for the advice as I have it ready to ship, but didn’t wish to cause confusion it’s fixed now. It looks like you have accidentally made a multiple item/quantity listing for this item if you mark a listing as having more than one size or one item, the system will automatically recognize this listing as a multiple item/quantity listing.

vevre @flowerkeeper When a user goes to buy the listing, they will only be purchasing "one" quantity from the listing. Therefore, the original listing for the order will remain available until the rest of the quantities are purchased.

vevre @flowerkeeper part 3: Unfortunately, multiple item listings cannot be removed once a purchase has been made from it. We recommend that you edit the listing to reflect "0" for the quantity under the available size, so that the listing can be marked as "Sold Out". Moving forward, we ask that you do not use "Multiple" under "Quantity" as the system will recognize the listing as having more than 1 item that can be purchased.

vevre @tammyford675 I share my and others closets everyday. I also take down items which have been up for over a month and have sales at least once or twice a week. You have to treat your closet as an online shopping platform and keep replenishing and organizing your closet. We are in fall here in New England and so I’ve changed the closet to represent the season in which we are currently in. Hope this helps.

vevre @tammyford675 since we are downsizing and have a lot of stuff closets full from the kids etc. we really try and offer our items at a reasonable price. So if we decide to sell an item we place put a sale sign 🔥Sale🔥 in the bannerhead so that poachers know we are interested in moving this item or we let our liners know by offering them a private sale. If we don’t sell it within a specified period of time we donate it to a local charity like “Dress for Success” or a homeless shelter.

vevre @tammyford675 I also don’t like clutter so I keep my listings down and move inventory in and out at least 2-3xs a month. However now that we are approaching cooler weather I’ll be updating my closet once or twice a week. It’s like shopping at a store and figuring out what your customers want. You will not appeal to everyone’s taste and that’s ok. Figure out your target market and focus on it. Looks at others closets and check out what they have sold.

vevre @mysoulrepair we stayed in Harpswell and Darmamiscotta. I travel a lot due to business africa, Asia, South America. And I buy tons of stuff to support the indigenous women their art and clothing is so unique and phenomenal but never wear the items. I call it giving a hand up it helps them and makes me feel like I’ve helped in someway.
