swrlgrl105 @gilgonzales I never got the message and to have it correct on the label you'd have to change it with Poshmark, then when I print a new label it will have the correct address on it. it's Poshmark policy we have to do all address changes on the site so it prints in their labels. please let me know when this is done. the package is still in CA as of today..I'll keep an eye on the tracking and re-send once I have it back in my possession but the address will need to be updated on your end.

reesbrown56 It's mailed so POSHMARK won't issue another label to read the Street address....When you purchased these boots the address you provided was in San Jose, CA. Just before I Shipped I received a second label and instructions to ship to second address provided in Lake Arrowhead, CA. You should receive Monday.👱‍♀️Jeanne

swrlgrl105 @gilgonzales I emailed Poshmark to see if when I get the coat back if I can just reprint a new label with the correct address but since it was already mailed once there is a chance they might make me cancel the order, have you repurchase so I can then access the label with the correct address. I am waiting to hear back from customer service and will let you know

sneakerean @gilgonzales since this shipping label generated by poshmark, I strongly suggest that you contact poshmark to fix your full address rather than add manually in the label. so moving forward you can prevent confusion for your other transaction in the future.

gilgonzales @swrlgrl105 any idea how to contact Poshmark customer service? I’ve literally messaged and emailed them 10 times. All of my items are being returned BC Poshmark isn’t allowing my full address to be printed on the sellers labels. Any suggestions? This is ridiculous

sneakerean @gilgonzales couldn't print the new label, it's still the same address, I'm going to cancel the order until this matter can be solved so they don't have to charged you while the item can't be shipped. actually customer service usually reply within one or two day at most. so hopefully they can get back to you asap.

theshoeseum I also have them in coffee in a size 13 E. I will try to share them to you so you can see them. I also have the more casual Overlord model in 12 D. I confirmed these are all available and in box. I think I have the Lexington Black model in 12 D that aren’t yet photographed, I will have to dig them out but pretty sure they are a cap toe derby and I think have a medallion but may be plain. So sorry for not having the ones you asked on.
