sugarrmilkk Are my comments being deleted or are they just not sending? I’m trying to resolve the problem with my order. Even willing to make another purchase if it helps me get my missing item. If the shoes I’m looking at disappear, odds are likely I might just return the 4/5 pairs that were not missing. Not trying to be a bother but I would rather cut my losses and have none of the shoes rather than keep them and pay for a pair that I am not receiving or being compensated for.

sneakerstation2 @sugarrmilkk looking into what happened here. I’ll be able to provide a better answer for you with in 24 hours. Since you open a case we have to wait for its resolution. If it’s determined that the Converse were not shipped you should receive a refund for it. If you would like another pair instead I can certainly offer you a better price.

rmc239 Gil, Before I have take this to Poshmark, I’d rather work it out with you 1st, like men. I ordered a bundle from you, which was for 2 pairs of North Face boots, and the white Lacoste shorts. The serious problem, is I only received 1 pair of the 2 pairs of boots, and I really wanted the color, which were not delivered. sneakerstation2 @rmc239 hello All items are inspected prior to shipping to confirm that they’re in perfect condition. The missing pair was damaged and could not be shipped. In the rare event that this happens the entire order is refunded . Unfortunately the other 2 items were already packed and got mixed in with the other packages that shipped that day. I will gladly issue you a refund for the missing pair or you can return the other 2 items. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Seller got my money (stole) thanks to poshmark auto accepted my order even though this seller and post know that the shoes never made to my house, tech they never got to my state.
