djboop Hi Gillian! I apologize for the late response (I travel a fair bit for work), but I saw your comment about the Jeffrey Campbell shoes you purchased. When they were shipped, they were in perfect condition. I have no idea what USPS did along the way that could possibly break them. Was the box beat up? I would love to hear more information and perhaps you could provide some photos so that I can file a claim and perhaps get your money back. Please let me know! I'm so sorry this happened.

djboop Hi Gillian, I contacted Posh support and they said you need to reach out to them regarding the damage done to the JC shoes by USPS. Please do because I don't want your money to have gone to waste!

gillianrose1 @djboop hi yea .. The entire sole and bottom of the shoe had come off so i took them to a shoe repair olace and had to pay $20 for that. And the guy said they probably went into an intense temperatre change
