I have dropped off the Steve Madden boots at my local post office Tuesday 2/12 and have noticed that no tracking info has been sent thru this app. I am contacting my post office this morning and seeing about any issue that has arose. I deeply appreciate your patience, it may have to do with the rain we are getting here in Los Angeles. Any bit of rain causes major catastrophes

dianabetancourt @gillian2408 I’m so sorry but there is no guarantee that the item will reach you by Saturday since I’m unsure if the packages position. If you no longer want the item I completely understand and can cancel the order and your money will be returned to you. The post office did tell me that the post has been having issues due to weather conditions.
