excelencia I also have a listing with a helpful chart showing offers I accept - it’s fairly standard here and increase your chances of getting offers accepted. I’ll share it to you so you can see. Often boutiques won’t negotiate more than 15-20% off and the owners may block anyone who offers less but some closets with used items are more open to offers. Feel free to ask me questions, I’m always glad to ask!
