cracklin_rosie Hi Gina. I am sorry. I have NEVER encountered an issue such as what happened when I shipped your Coach shoes. Btw, tracking says they are out for delivery so you will have them today. I called the Post Office over it. The package was “missing” for days then just amazingly was scanned in like 4 days after it went out. I apologize.
