donnalemon Let me explain what happened while I wait for your response: It was for my Mom. She didn’t open it immediately, and I didn’t want to hold up the release of your funds because I assumed that the bracelet would be fine. Then Mom finally opened the box very carefully, unwrapped the bubble wrap, and finds the bracelet, separated in pieces. Mom didn’t even get to try it on. We were both so disappointed. It would’ve been the perfect match for a necklace that I had just bought her.

gmp6994 @donnalemon I’m very sorry to hear that! I wrapped up the bracelet very nicely to avoid any issues in the shipping process and I am very surprised to hear that it broke. Unfortunately I guess that’s going to happen sometimes as the packages are traveling. I understand your disappointment and I am disappointed as well - that bracelet was beautiful and I really wanted someone to be able to enjoy wearing it. How could poshmark share those pictures with me?
