I don't understand your rating for the item you purchased from me. Under your improvements are "ship time, packaging, item description, & cleanliness". I mailed your item the day after you purchased it, in a brand new Manila envelope. If there was a delay with the Post Office delivering your item, that is no fault of my own. The item was re-washed the day you purchased, & I checked it over before packaging (as I do all the items I mail) just incase I missed something the first go round
