iproduce @ginnyt79 I don’t know what to say... I reported the not tracking issue to Posh. I am not in town to speak to or go to the PO. I haven’t had this happen with Posh, but no payment has been made to me, so if you want to wait t out and return it if it comes . Or you can cancel the order I think. Posh should be able to help. I am really sorry....Chicago mail , always the best.

iproduce @lotuselise01 not yet, but I have only used for a couple days. Needless to say I will stop using. I hadn’t ever used it, so I had nothing to compare it to. They do a great job with those fakes...I did look up the packaging but couldn’t really tell. PM needs to be somewhat accountable, especially if they are receiving complaints regarding a seller.

iproduce @lotuselise01 i sent a note to customer support asking if they plan on doing anything. If you received and accepted, but hadn’t opened, or opened it later, how can they stick to a policy when something could be harmful? We’ll see what they say.

lotuselise01 @iproduce If you don't mind drop me a line & let me know. It is very disappointing. I read "love notes" before I purchased she had good reviews so I never doubted it. I've used other serums & it honestly smells & looks like the same consistency but I definitely don't want to damage my eyes. I was like you I googled and found mine didn't look fake, it was a very good replica.
