primcandles DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LADY....SHE SOLD ME AMERICAN CHESTNUT PIECES AND THEY WERE ALL BROKEN, SHE BLAMED IT ON THE POST OFFICE I HAVE PICTURES OF GLUE WHERE THEY WERE BROKEN BUT I GAVE HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. SHE SWORE SHED PAY ME OPENED A CASE CONVINCED ME IT WASNT WORKING. SHE COULDNT GET IT TO WORK SO I CLOSED THE CASE FOR HER TO SEND IT TO ME REGULARLY WITHOUT USING OUR ORIGINAL ORDER, TRUSTED HER TO DO THIS AND SHE BLOCKED ME!!!

I felt I packaged well the product was brand new wrapped to protect from being crushed and also I shipped same day. I did the same for your other order so apologize that was not sufficient.
