splitmountain Hello Gina. I saw your review stating a crystal is missing from the left rear leg of the spider pin. I photograph all items with the mailing label before shipping. My photos show all crystal are there. Heidi Daus offers lifetime repairs. You may contact them if needed. Please check all wrapping too, I’m sorry one is missing on your end but I can assure you it is not intentional. Thanks Gina.
