How do I respond to someone that says they are going to return an item because they believe it’s not authentic? It is authentic and shod all the markings in the listing. How do I fight it? janellno5 Gina I wrote Posh telling them it will not let me add a new address and I have no idea why? They aren’t very good about getting back to me but maybe they will! How frustrating I have never had a problem like this but I tried to delete some thinking maybe there’s a limit on that but I couldn’t figure out how! Hopefully I will hear something but if you do know how will you let me know? I’m out of town and surrounded by people so it’s not the best time to do it so sorry about this!

xtragoround question for you... how can someone else put an item in "my" closet on reserve....if the only way to put an item on reserve is to go into ur edit ... Call me confused!!!

_theboutique_ @xtragoround Do you see a yellow “reserved” flag on the item? That happens when someone has used the buy now feature and is in the process of paying for it - Poshmark “reserves” it for them while they fill out their payment info. But it can also happen if someone accidentally hits buy it now - it stays in “reserved’ around 5 minutes before it times out.

_theboutique_ @xtragoround Hello PFF! 😂😂 Yes, another one of Posh's great additions. 😆 Apparently there's a limit on the number of offers you can send to one specific Posher. So if you have done offer to likers a few times and they received it but didn't interact, those count. Happens with my boutique listings that have been around forever and I restock. I've started closing those listings and creating new ones to avoid it happening. Hope that helps! 💕
