@ginacossin hi you could have contacted me in regards to the stain rather than leave a bad rating. I did not see it prior to shipping otherwise I wouldn’t have sold it to you. All of my items are in excellent condition and my ratings are almost always 5 stars. Communication is key, I’m a very reasonable seller and may have taken it back rather than receive a poor rating. Hi. Thanks for your recent purchase of a flannel and fur trapper hat from my closet. You commented that you’re having trouble keeping the flaps up.... As shown in the photo, there are snaps at the bottom of each flap that need to be used to keep the flaps in place. Hope this helps.
