times3forme Hi, I’m so sorry the Pixos set was missing a piece. Ironically, I opened it to check that it looked like it was all there, I can check tomorrow if the missing piece just fell out. If so, I could mail it to you, along with some extra pixos for the mistake. Let me know if you’d like to keep it if I find the piece. I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner, we’re between houses right now and dealing with grief. Kathleen

times3forme @ginkc ok, I believe I found the tray, just want to make sure it’s the right piece, it’s the flat pixos tray shown in the directions that you slide your template underneath, right?
