chontad @gina22082 , posh is a very social site. So share, share, and share your items and share other people’s (especially if they come by to share yours). The more times things are shared, the more eyes that will see them. If anyone hearts/ likes your item, you can make them an offer. Sometimes buyers are hesitant and don’t send offers. Hope that makes sense.

chontad @gina22082 , posh has themed parties through the day. There is usually a notification asking if you want to join the party. you can go to the party pages via shop option,also. Really just sharing to them can be done from your closet during the party. When you click share you are given the choice to share to party (if there is one) or share to followers.

chontad @gina22082 The easiest party is the last one of the day because all items can be shared instead of certain brands or types like the earlier parties. The last party is from 9-11 pm central.

breezus679 @gina22082 Their is some type of algorithm I keep hearing about, sometimes buying items help you to sell, I just went two months with one sale. I bought some cheap old navy flip flops and I sold two items last night! Hopefully my sales pick up for a bit now but same! I’ve been sharing, I’ve deleted and relisted all my items. If your still new it does take a bit to make a sale. My 1st sales I just basically gave stuff away just to get a couple good reviews.

If you have a good spot outside you could take them, take them outside during the day for better lighting, lay them flat, you can delete and relist items that have no traffic to add them to the top when people search! You have great items

breezus679 @gina22082 hopefully it’s helpful. Just try and make all the photos look the same with the same background so they’re more appealing to buyers. Maybe if you have a local thrift store you could go and pick up some good items. I go to good will and everyday one color is half off so I search for good brands. Don’t pay more than 5 for a good brand shirt or 8 for good brand jeans. That way you have more of a selection too, that helps as well!

gina22082 @chontad hey girl! Question. Can I cancel a sale? I accepted a low offer on a bag just to get it out of my closet, but didn’t realize there was someone who had given me a MUCH better offer like an hour prior. I saw the lower offer first. I know it’s prob not the right thing to do but the offer is double!!

chontad @gina22082 , I am not really sure how that works. I would think maybe you could and just explain that you already had an offer from another buyer that came in first and you missed it?? I don’t know. Probably more ethical to stick to the accepted offer. :(. There are lots of posh groups on f a ce book. Maybe poll one of those groups and see if it’s happened to anyone else.

gina22082 @chontad thank you!!! I actually canceled the first buyer. She started to ask me several questions about the quality of the bag and whether it came in a specific box and a dustbag, etc. this was AFTER the offer was made and I think I gave a pretty clear description of the bag. Then I took a closer look at her profile and the number of her shares (0) and followers (29) was kind of sketchy. The other girl was a much more reliable buyer.
