ginajacobson @sailingbaby13 Hey! It should just plug in and use the dial to turn up and down the temp! Did you try that? Hopefully nothing got broken in transit!

ginajacobson @sailingbaby13 oh no! That's so strange, I tested it before I shipped it. If it doesn't work though, we'll figure out how to get you a refund! Let me look into that!

sailingbaby13 @ginajacobson ok thank you. Gina, I just don't know what it could be.. we have tested it in different outlets. It won't light up at all. Am I supposed to push anything for a certain amount of time? I feel stupid.

ginajacobson @sailingbaby13 don’t feel stupid! It should just turn on once plugged in and the dial is turned. If you’ve done that and it’s not heating up, my assumption is that something got ruined in transit. I’ve not process a return before, but I think you should be able to reject the item and perhaps that should stop the payment (I haven’t received or processed yet). Thoughts?

sailingbaby13 @ginajacobson ok, I feel better 😄no, it definitely doesn't do that. No lights and the dial doesn't move at all. It's like it's frozen up. I know I haven't accepted the order. I'll see if I can refuse it from my end. You're awesome Gina, thank you for being a wonderful posher. 🌸🌼

sailingbaby13 @ginajacobson so I got an email saying I need to send you back the broken heating blanket. Only issue is that I don't have a way to get it. Since it's busted, should we both just tell Poshmark that it's going in the garbage? I'm not sure how this works. Sheila Pierson
