susanvee13 @xmasnoel1966 hello.. I am sorry you were so disappointed with the swimsuit top however I would much rather you had just returned instead of whats happened with the two star rating.. I never mentioned in describing item nor did you ask any questions concerning top.. I am truly sorry however feel bad getting the two star rating on a new item that I have no control over the complaint that you have... I wish you many more happy poshmark days ahead ❤️

xmasnoel1966 @susanvee13 I am disappointed as this is a gift I fear may not work for the recipient. I did not seek a refund because you didn't misrepresent your product, it is in good condition & it is very pretty.The rest is a suggestion I am sure potential buyers would appreciate.I didn't ask about built in support as I have never seen a suit like that.Since it has full coverage, I will suggest one of her own bras be worn.It should be well covered. I hope it works for her.

susanvee13 @xmasnoel1966 I totally understand and definitely should have put into the description that it was only fully lined.. to me it seems more like a tank/sportswear of some type , however I would be willing to accept back.. i emailed poshmark earlier to ask if it was a possibility since you had already accepted but it’s usually 24 hours to get a decision. If you want to return we can try something else if it’s not approved okay? Thanks for getting back to me I don’t want anyone unhappy

xmasnoel1966 @susanvee13 it took me awhile to figure out how to respond back to you. I am just learning this site and how to judge my purchases and correspond to other poshers, buyers and sellers alike. I would greatly appreciate your approaching Poshmark for a refund on my behalf. If it is no, maybe we can work out an exchange? Your customer service etiquette is commendable. Thank you.

susanvee13 @xmasnoel1966 hello again... well poshmark basically said that since pkg was accepted that they couldn’t remove two star rating or refund buyers once accepted... and really there’s no way to exchange other than a trade and thats a bigger deal to do

susanvee13 @xmasnoel1966 yes and hopefully That will work and I’ve learned something from this that regardless what tags say and added measurements i should still provide a Complete description! Thanks for being so kind about everything and also you can change the rating you gave.. it’s a personal rating not poshmark stats or anything ya know? Thats your decision though 😘
