ginagenovese @trishpacheco i dont have any parts for it. I never used it. Possibly one of my kids took it without my knowledge. I will offer a full refund and absorb your shippubg if i can have tomorrow to arrange it. I am so sorry. Would never do that on purpose. Please let me call tomor.

ginagenovese just keep it and maybe order a cheap charger. Another good idea is ask on social media if anyone has one they arent using. i prob do but would rather pay for your shipping costs than search for it. sick of cleaning and organizing. sent an email to posh and am waiting to hear back. sent this morning. still nothing.

ginagenovese so Poshmark responded and said once the item was accepted and I was paid they can not refund. I found a charger on ebay for $1.12. I would be happy to purchase and send you if we can arrange it. For me to refund your $ w shipping I would be paying xtra for the amount posh kept. I am not working now so $25 I don't have. Can u check to make sure it is a fitbit charge hr ?I am almost positive that is exact name. with your home address i could order today. Again I am so sorry for the hassle.

ginagenovese I think u were able to change your original 5 star to a 2. Can u try to change it to a 4? 5 star doesnt seem warranted at this point since u spent more time and money. So glad u got what u needed. You will enjoy the fitbit. I have had a few.
