Thank you for purchasing the cabinet and drawer knobs we packaged them and took them to the post office yesterday to send to you. Unfortunately, the post office was not able to “read“ shipping label that poshmark sent. I’ve been in touch with t hem to resend the shipping label. Can you please change your rating? I posted photos clearly showing condition snd the price reflected it as well
I have a 4.8 rating and a two stars really affects my credibility- I will even consider accepting the pillows back if that will change your rating

@gypsymoon1 please open a case and return the pillows, I messaged you previously and instead of changing the rating after you admitted you never checked the photos or my description, you have now changed the rating to 1 star which is extremely unfair on your part- I am giving you an open to return the pillows and remove the bad rating, I hope you are ethical enough to do it, please acknowledge thx

@isafrias_ Yes, I was aware that the pillows were clearly in need of a good cleaning. However- I was not aware of the extreme sun bleaching on one side and of the tear in the corner of the other pillow (which does not show or is described in your listing) when I prematurely accepted the order based on your rating.
