I'm sorry if u had any problem. the container I sent it in was not broken the usps broke the container. that was one of the container I had them stored in. if u would have told me how u would have liked it sent I would have sent it that way. with Gucci shoes it dont have a us size. I really thought it was a 8 because that's what size where. I am sorry for any inconvenience
