@millers96 I know you’re a new posher but if you are going to post a review, please make sure they’re accurate and truthful. You purchased on 10/22 at 6:03am. When I returned from work on Fri. evening 10/23 I received purchase notification. On Mon. 10/26 I communicated to you it would be going out that day. On 10/27 you msg’d me asking for the tracking number. (?)

@miller96 I explained tracking numbers come from USPS not the seller. I also explained due to an unexpected medical reason was the cause for the extra day delay. You replied thank you. Item was mailed out Wed. 10/28. Started tracking on Thur 10/29. Item was delivered in/at your mailbox on Sat. 10/31 at 3:30pm not Mon.11/2 like your inaccurate review states. Remember the seller receives tracking information as well.

@matthewj My review was accurate. You made this a bigger issue! I’m sorry you had medical issues, no one is more understanding with that as I am. Pls don’t come on here & snap at me because you failed a customer. It may have been in my mailbox on Saturday but I was in another state receiving chemo treatment & did not return until Monday. IF you shipped it on time, I would have received it before I left & none of this would be an issue. I’m happy with the bracelet but my review stands as stated.

@kathypshop Hi! I actually have 4 packages that the tracking isn’t up to date, some stop tracking on the 10th. I even went into my post office but they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) give me up to date info on it. I really need this for a gift so I hope it comes by this weekend! Gina, Regarding the jewelry box purchase... I don’t know what musty smell. It was closed and set aside in my room. You also noted it’s cleanliness... it was clean. I can’t imagine it had a bad smell. But, If you’re not happy let me make it right! I can give you a refund... I’m happy to do that. You can still keep the jewelry case.
