ritabaybe Hi there! I shipped your janessa leone hat on the 30th, but it’s still not showing any tracking. Just wanted Roy touch base and let you know it’s on the way. I think USPS is having major delays right now.

ritabaybe @gi__giholm I’m so sorry! I’m so bummed too. I talked to usps and they said it’s not considered lost for 15 days, which will be next Wednesday. I don’t know what they can do anyways since it never tracked. I just keep hoping it’ll show up! It was a large box, I would be shocked if it really got lost- kind of hard to miss!
