I will not accept the dress back. I am immuno-compromised. I am undergoing chemotherapy and won't risk accepting a package with a tried on dress. The photos reflect the color of the dress to the t. It is exactly what you received and photographed yourself. You removed the plastic covering from a brand new dress. I have never encountered anything like this. This is completely unfair and arbitrary. I don't deserve this.
