echicboutique @layla101513 When on the app, click the icon on the bottom right corner, it will then take you to a list- find the words "My Purchases" click there and you should be able to cancel.

jillsis @layla101513 When you open the app there is an icon on the bottom right corner with your used ID - click that. It will take you to a list, click on My Purchases. This will provide you with a list of your purchases. If you are trying to cancel you’ll have to click on them individually and there a spot for assistance/cancel order ( not sure how it’s worded).

jillsis @layla101513 Please follow the directions I sent a moment ago. Click on the first line you see and it will open your order. There is a section marker Problems/Order inquiry - click on that. Once you do you’ll see different options - Accidental Purchase is one of them and it sounds like that’s what you need to choose. Click there - if you are still within the window you can cancel the order.
