@flywithme2nyte Awesome I'll definitely be sending you something in the mail! secret to staying in shape post pregnancy is I work continuously throughout my pregnancies. I have a very physically demanding job so that helps tremendously! However my son was our last bc I wound up with several complications followed by a month in the hospital and over 7 surgeries.

I have an extremely high respect for anyone working in the medical field and I thank you for every patient that you have helped! and I thought my job was stressful lol.
