onelovey4lala Ginger, I’m really sorry you were disappointed in your Talbots top. I assure you the item was clean as all of the items in my closet are either washed or dry cleaned before being stored at my shop. Please let me know how I can improve my packaging. I’ve never received this complaint before but am always looking at ways to create a relationship with my customers! Have a great day!

gins7911 @onelovey4lala Hi Glenda, I looked back at your listing the item was delivered as pictured ( I should have paid closer attention) I’m new to all of this lol I was a little disappointed in the packaging there was a lot of dust on the plastic covering the sweater.
