jworthington123 Ginger, Hello..Hope all is well. I sent your package off today but couldn't fit the 2 baskets so I will be sending them separate. They will go out on Monday. If I would have useed a bigger Box I would have gotten charged for more shipping. My apologies for any inconvenience. There was a a lot of breakables so I had to package it very well. Thanks

ginger_z @jworthington123 hello! So I received the big package today and I just went through it, unfortunately 2 items broke in the delivery process!! One was my favorite, the large art crock with lid and then the one picture frame. I assume I just need to inform Poshmark of the problem and send pics but wanted to let you know beforehand. I never had this issue before so idk if there’s a better way to try and handle it...

jworthington123 @ginger_z Aww, that's so sad! I wrap the heck out of thing. I really hate that items were broke. But yes, you submit a claim with them. You will want to attach pics of the box, items, wrapping, etc with the claim. Again I'm really sorry.

jworthington123 @ginger_z It is very upsetting. Even know I'm selling the items they all mean something & I'm so excited that someone is also going to enjoy these items & when they arrive broke it breaks my heart. Maybe all the Fragile Stickes make the USPS made! I'm assuming Poshmark will refund you, I'm pretty sure its part of the insurance built in the shipping cost.

ginger_z @jworthington123 so the claim process should get done today but I’m under the impression that my only options will be to return everything for a full refund, they won’t refund the 2 broken items?!? Do you know if theres a way to reconcile without giving up the other 8 items?

jworthington123 @ginger_z Huh, I dont know of any other options. I would have thought they would have a better option than that. If you want to return the items I completely understand. Is there anything else in my closet you might want in the peice range of the two broken items? If so I could send you those items for no extra charge and you keep the items that's left in your org order. Just a thought. Do you have any suggestions?
