I apparently mixed up the mailing labels and sent the BOC shoes to another buyer, so you will receive an order that you did not purchase instead. Postmark has already contacted me, and I have conveyed this to them, so I am waiting to hear from them about what to do next. I will do everything I can to resolve this from my end. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

thechamber Hi Ginny. I received a message that the order was delivered. If you go to “my account”, then “my purchases”, you can either click on “item not as described” or “poshmark support” to explain that you have received the wrong item. I believe that once that is done, they will send the proper shipping labels to get the correct items delivered. In addition to correcting this mistake, please feel free to browse my closet, and make an offer on any item for 50% off, and I will gladly accept it!
