Hi, I'm so sorry that you had an issue with the shoes. They were like new. I may have worn them once. I can't imagine what could have happened. Is it too late to open a case for return due to damage?

@mammysrack thank you for your reply! It’s really OK… I’m not worried about it because the outside of the shoes are beautiful. Perhaps they were stored somewhere that was not climate controlled or something? I don’t know, but the lining on the inside is just falling apart. Like I said, you can’t tell from the outside and I am not reselling them or anything, so I’m OK with it. It doesn’t look like there is a way that I can attach a picture, otherwise I would send you a shot of what it looks like.
