ladiecream I know it's been terrible for me as well, my other buyer that purchased the scarf didn't receive their package because it was at your home the whole time, I emailed you letting you know my phone would not call you, and message you to start a return through this site before the 72 hours was up, on the 2nd of November you said you still hadn't receive the scarf and hat so I tracked it again and it said it was sent to your home..

ladiecream And then you finally said you had it but didn't know that the scarf and hat was what I was referring too.i really needed you to send it back to e a sap before the 72 hours was up. I tried really hard make this right for both my buyers. I don't know what to do from this point. All orders and returns has to be done through this site with in 72 hours
