urbannirvana Hello, I’m sorry I didn’t realize the size was listed incorrectly on the shoes. As for the packaging, it was shipped in a brand new box. Not sure what the issue was there. And in terms of seller responsiveness, you didn’t report an issue. I would have been happy to accept a return but unfortunately it’s too late now. Sorry and good luck.
