doingwhatican @neneblob Hi! This is my first purchase through Poshmark so I am not really sure what to do next. My jeans arrived today. I was so excited because I have this exact pair and Buckle no longer sells this style and I really wanted another pair. That being said I was sad when I tried them on. I think forgot you had them altered? They are waaaay to short for me. I held them up to my pair and they are 2 inches shorter than mine. What do we do next?

neneblob @redtulip10 I am so sorry about that! I don't think I had that pair altered hut it's no problem. When you go into the app to say you've received the package just choose problem and then item was not as described. Then use the response that length was not listed and they are too short. They should email you a shipping label to come back to me. I'm sorry it didn't work out. ☹️
