Hello. I just noticed about the cleanliness of the stethoscope. It was sanitized prior to shipping unless it left residual white particles from the sanitizer used. Also this is a used stethoscope and I did not change out the ear piece. I apologize if it is not up to standards. If you'd like you can return it and I'll refund the money. Let me know what you decide. Thank you.
