Hello. I am so sorry to hear that your highlighter was broken. The envelope was padded and I had never had an issue with any of my previous compact/pallets that I have sent out. Again, I do apologize

@vishalac I was making some research and seems like that highlighter breaks easily. But I still feel kind of upset about it being broken. Anyways, thanks for sending it fast. It would just be good to be mindful about the package when it comes to a product that breaks so easily.
