elisetreasures Hello. I just wanted to reach out to you about the espadrille shoes you purchased from me. I scheduled a pickup for the post office Wednesday morning in my building, but someone in the building thought the package was for me and returned it to my door. I rescheduled a pickup for Thursday morning but they were never picked up. USPS messaged me that they attempted the pickup, but no package. If the shoes don't show up in the next few days I will cancel your order. Sorry for the inconvenience.

cashcroft @giuliasperandio hey lady- I was just at the post office/ unfortunately PM doesn’t tell you/me that they only cover up to 5lbs with the shipping label and that the box for these roller blades is considered oversized. After it’s all packaged up they tell me shipping is going to be upwards of $40 to send from Dallas to Santa Monica. Contact me if you still would like them and are willing to pay for shipping

giuliasperandio There’s a way to change the shipping label if the item is over 5lbs, go to Account Tab, select My Sales, Select order, Select Need new Shipping Label, and select Need Néw Heavier Weight Label.

giuliasperandio @cashcroft it should be simple! I know they have bad service but you should be able to change the tracking code from the app! Imsorry this is a pain in the ..... I really want the skates, and I know you want to get rid of them. Did you see the instructions in my comment?

cashcroft @giuliasperandio the new label covers the weight, but still cost me $20 and then the post office said I have to repackage the whole thing because of the dimensions. I didn’t realize all of these factors eating away at profit. So I have contacted Poshmark and let them know that it is simply not a good deal for me. I am sorry, but it’s quite a hassles to get these to Santa Monica. So they are no longer for sale.
