simplerack Hi there, I noticed you left a 2-star review for the Rag & Bone boots because of the interior removable insert. I wish you had reached out before accepting the item if you were unhappy with the interior of the boot. It was an honest oversight on my part—and like you mentioned, it was removable without damage. Next time, I hope you’ll consider reaching out or declining the item rather than impacting someone’s rating over something that could be resolved. Thanks for understanding💙

gcuevas9986 @simplerack I wanted to try to see if those insert were removable.One shoe no damage the second shoe it lifted inner sole. At that point I figured since I removed and now lifted the inner sole there was now internal damage to left shoe. So to make things easier I just decided to keep the shoes. I was trying to be helpful at that point and keep shoes. Also, the rating was suppose to be a 3 star. I must’ve fat finger trying to insert comments. Sorry if it affected your rating.
