I realized after shipping your order today that I sent out the wrong bag. The bag I sent is the same exterior but it has a pattern inside. The condition is the same & I think the dimensions are too. I contacted Poshmark support for help. I apologize- this is a first for me!

There has been no movement on the package since it left the shipping facilty. I am assuming it is probably lost in the mail system. I will wait until Jan. 31 for them arrive.

@gmf36490 I understand. I’m so sorry that this happened and it was a first for me! I’m going to go to my like USPS office today and see what they can tell me. Poshmark offers priority boxes for free and those come with insurance. Maybe something can work out. 😓

@athriftyshop I have never encountered this problem before and I do not know how they handle this issue. I sent them an e-mail and was told to wait until Feb. 4. and let them know that I didn't receive it. Have you contacted Poshmark about the lost package?

@gmf36490 I have contacted them as well! They just told me that their records shown it was in transit. Not much help. I’ve never had this happen before as well. It’s just taking a long time to deliver

My tracking is showing that a label was created on 5/21 at 3:24 AM. It does not show that is was received by the PO. With the postal system being a little slow I just assumed it would be updated when you mailed it. I understand that there is also a holiday involved. If you did mail it then the postal system hasn't updated their system or they have lost it. Let me know...I did not send the reminder to mail it. Did Poshmark send the reminder?

Gladys, I am so sorry but when I went to pull the Clark Candara's, I realized I had given all three pairs of these to a local women's shelter recently and forgot to remove them from my store.
