Hi! Welcome to GlamGlitch. I've worked as a professional makeup artist for nearly 15 years. Understandably, I have an insane amount of makeup! I can't always use it all, so I'm selling my surplus cosmetic products here on Posh. All items have been stored in a climate controlled, non-smoking environment. glamglitch @liisa_l It's close to fitting in some areas but I would still have to have it altered. I haven't had to return anything on Posh before, I don't really know how it works.

liisa_l @glamglitch I don’t know either...I just responded in the open case that I approved a return or if the rules allow it you can keep the dress ( if you want to) for no charge as a way of compensating you for any trouble.

liisa_l @glamglitch you will ether way. We just need to find out whether Posh will require you to send it back. If they do they will send you a label.

liisa_l I don’t think Posh will let you keep the dress without a charge despite me asking about a million times, probably because they make no money on the deal. So, if you have the return label they sent you, as soon as you ship the dress back to me they will credit your money back. I’m so sorry, this was my first return request experience, and what a big PITA, especially cause it was really totally my fault.

glamglitch @liisa_l Hi Liisa, yes, I realized that. I work several jobs, a few in retail and with the holidays in full swing, I've barely been home to be able to handle this. I'll just keep the dress, no refund necessary, it's ok. Thank you for your communication, kindness and understanding about the matter.
